We are seeking to appoint an energetic, multi-skilled and highly organised Art Technician to join our dynamic and successful Art & Design Department.
The successful candidate will actively support both staff and students through the preparation, organisation and maintenance of materials, equipment and resources across a broad range of Art & Design disciplines. The role will ensure practical lessons are well supported and students have access to high-quality resources that enhance their learning experience.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020, meaning spent convictions and cautions are protected and do not need to be disclosed to employers.
Safeguarding is a top priority: the candidate will be subject to all necessary pre-employment checks including enhanced DBS, Prohibition Check, qualifications (where applicable), medical fitness, identity and right‑to‑work checks.
