Temp-to-Perm Picker/Packer – Fast-Paced Sweets Warehouse

Straight Forward Recruitment is looking for a Picker / Packer Operative on a temp-to-perm basis for a busy sweets packaging company in Hethel. Candidates will be expected to work Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

This role includes duties such as picking sweets to fulfill customer orders, packing orders for dispatch, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Successful candidates will have picking and packing experience, strong reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate plus performance bonuses, with potential earnings of up to £125 extra per week.
