Your role

You will join our Architecture team and contribute to large‑scale, high‑profile UK and international projects. Working closely with architects and designers, you will support the delivery of innovative and sustainable design solutions as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, assisting project teams across a range of RIBA stages.

Day‑to‑Day Activities

  • Assist architects in developing design concepts, drawings and technical documentation using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (training provided where required).
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, bid documents and design proposals.
  • Prepare presentations, diagrams and illustrations to communicate design ideas and storytelling.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant statutory, regulatory and planning requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to internal and client meetings.
  • Support a dynamic studio culture through proactive involvement in knowledge sharing, personal development, volunteering and social events.

About You

You are an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and driven Part 1 Graduate with a flexible approach, a strong appetite to learn, and a thoughtful, creative designer approach with an emerging portfolio.

Skills and Experience

  • ARB/RIBA Part 1 qualification.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive with a strong interest in design, architecture and detail.
  • Curious, inquisitive and committed to continuous learning.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a friendly, team‑oriented approach, supporting colleagues and sharing responsibilities.
  • Awareness of UK Building Regulations and planning policy (advantageous).

Security clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. The vetting process is delivered by the United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
