Traffic Marshall / Gate Man
Location: WindsorStart Date: 1st April 2026Duration: 12 MonthsPay Rate: £18.00 – £19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Safely control and direct vehicle movements to and from the construction site
- Ensure the safe movement of pedestrians and site operatives around traffic areas
- Communicate clearly with drivers, site managers, and other site personnel
- Maintain high health and safety standards at all times
- Monitor site access points and ensure authorised entry only
- Assist with general site safety procedures when required
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card with Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification
- Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and site teams
- Full PPE and tools required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full project duration
