The Role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes and maintaining the highest standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen. You will support the senior team while mentoring junior chefs and ensuring consistency across your section.
Key Responsibilities
Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen with precision and consistency
Prepare and present dishes to exacting standards
Support the development and training of junior chefs
Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Contribute to menu development and creative processes
Ensure smooth service and effective communication within the team
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-end or Michelin-starred kitchen
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
A calm, organised approach under pressure
Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning
Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
