About the Role
We’re looking for an early-rising, motivated Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team in a renowned gastropub setting just outside Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional, high-standard kitchen known for delivering exceptional British cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the breakfast section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Ensure all mise en place is ready for service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to uphold overall kitchen performance
- Assist with stock control and minimising waste
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- A passion for cooking and working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently during early shifts
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
