Rates of Pay

• Chef de Partie – From £17.00 (inc. holiday pay)
• Sous Chef – From £19.00 (inc. holiday pay)
• Head Chef – From £21.00 (inc. holiday pay)

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver high‑quality dishes that match each venue’s standards
• Adapt quickly to new environments and kitchen setups
• Work efficiently, cleanly, and professionally
• Communicate effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in similar Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
• Up‑to‑date Food Hygiene & Allergen certificates
• Excellent punctuality and a proactive attitude
• Two references to verify your experience
