About the role
Sytner BMW Tring is looking for a SMART Repair Technician to join our talented team. As a Sytner SMART Repair Technician, you will carry out S.M.A.R.T repairs on vehicles, delivering high‑quality work within set timescales.
Work patterns are flexible, Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend work to provide the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
- Refurbishing and painting alloy wheels, including diamond cuts.
- Refurbishing, painting and renovating used cars ready for resale.
- Attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents.
- Repairing windscreen abrasions and chips.
- General interior refurbishment.
- Using the BMW Paint Colour System in state‑of‑the‑art booths.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is essential.
- Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for delivering the highest standard of repair with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
