Aspire People is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join a supportive school setting in Kings Heath from September.

The Role

• Teaching and supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Managing behaviour positively and creating a nurturing learning environment
• Working closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies
• Encouraging student progress, confidence, and emotional wellbeing

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience
• Experience working within SEMH, SEN, or alternative provision settings desirable
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Passion for supporting young people with additional needs
