Job Description for Sales Administration
Hours: 9:00 – 17:00, 1 Hour Lunch Break
Holidays: 20 Days + Christmas Holiday Break
Role: A Small team working along with Customers, Sales, Purchasing, Suppliers (RMA) and Shipping Dept. We pride ourselves on the high level of support we provide in all areas. Attention to detail is Key.
Roles include and are not limited to:
Answering any enquiries from the Customer either by Telephone or Email. Daily tasks involving our online shop, providing Quotations, Proformas, Sales Order Acknowledgments, Invoices, POD’s, to customers.
Supporting the Sales Team for larger customers, liaising with the Purchasing Dept for Product information
Liasing with the Purchasing and Planning Dept to ensure the correct information has been provided from the customer to the P&P Dept to ensure the constant flow of product to fulfil customer orders Loading orders for shipment,
Liaising with the Shipping Dept, to make sure all correct documents have been supplied Issuing the customer Invoice, Tracking Information and any other shipping information that the customer may require
Liasing with Suppliers for customer RMA’s, Starting the RMA Process, Follow Up’s and Shipments of customer Returns / repairs End of Week Reports and Month End Reports.
