Back of House Team Member
30 – 35 hours per week. Prepare fresh produce and help make everything we need to build an awesome salad. Follow hygiene regulations and best practices to maintain 5* hygiene standards. Play a key role in ensuring sufficient food (hot and cold) for key service periods. Report to, pass on feedback from, and support a Kitchen Manager. Assist in preparing and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food. Assist senior chefs in opening or closing the kitchen.

Experience Requirements
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen or casual dining restaurant.
- Experience/readiness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- £12.75 per hour.
