This role involves coaching goalkeepers for West Ham United’s Women’s team, focusing on elite senior and high‑performance football environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes specifically for goalkeepers.
• Use video analysis, data and opposition scouting to support goalkeeper performance.
• Assist in match preparation and provide tactical support for the goalkeeper squad.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience with goalkeepers in women’s elite senior or high‑performance football.
• Strong ability to analyze opposition and integrate video, data and analysis into training.
• Knowledge of contemporary goalkeeper coaching techniques and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Recognised coaching qualifications (e.g., UEFA B/Elite).
• Valid right to work in the UK.
