About the Role
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll be part of the essential team preparing and delivering high quality food that powers Arbour’s vibrant dining experience. Working from a kisok, you’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment focused on consistency, efficiency and teamwork. Chef de Parties are the core of our kitchens, who runs their section brilliantly with passion and pride. We encourage creativity within our kitchens and offer a chef development program that will guide you in your journey to Head chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with pace and precision to meet high ordering volumes.
- Supporting quality control and consistency across all dishes and food brands.
- Take pride in delivering food to spec and on brand every time.
- Communicate clearly with the wider kitchen and front of house teams.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures consistently.
- Complete cleaning schedules and compliance training as required.
- Be reliable, punctual and committed to supporting smooth service at the venue.
