The Chef de Partie/Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Duties include managing food preparation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to maintain a seamless kitchen operation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in St Andrews, requiring dedication to early morning shifts and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
