FLT Drivers – VNA, Reach, Bendi And Counterbalance

Great opportunity to work as an FLT Driver (VNA, Reach, Bendi and Counterbalance) for our client, which deals with various alcohol, water, and baby products.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers in Rugby.

The rate of pay is £14.63 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed nights, and the hours of work are:

• Bendi driver – Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am
• VNA & CB – Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
• Reach – Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities

• Safely operating VNA and Counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve pallets within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled securely and efficiently.
• Supporting warehouse operations by transporting stock to designated areas and maintaining accurate movement records.

Qualifications

• A valid VNA or Counterbalance Licence and experience in a similar role are required.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or move items up to a reasonable weight.
• Strong operational ability with VNA and Counterbalance trucks, including safe manoeuvring in tight warehouse spaces.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, with strong work discipline and reliability.
