Casual Chef de Partie

Job Summary

We are looking for a casual chef to join our kitchen brigade, working in your designated section. You will lead your section and your commis chefs to produce high‑quality dishes. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation and testing, and in meeting departmental targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your section and commis chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets.

Qualifications

• Experienced chef.
• Positive attitude and passion for food.
