AV Technician
A leading live events production company is looking for an AV Warehouse Technician to join its technical operations team. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting the delivery of large-scale, high-impact live experiences for global brands.
Working at the heart of the warehouse function, you’ll play a key role in preparing and maintaining a wide range of professional AV equipment, ensuring everything is ready for deployment across multiple projects.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider technical team to ensure equipment is accurately prepared, tested, and returned to stock in excellent condition.
- Prepare lighting, audio and video equipment for live projects using internal rental management systems
- Ensure all kit is accurately picked, packed and ready for dispatch
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Check in returning equipment, identifying any faults, shortages or damage
- Carry out testing, maintenance and basic repairs to ensure equipment is show‑ready
- Support PAT testing and ensure all equipment meets safety standards
- Maintain organisation and accuracy across warehouse inventory
- Assist with occasional deliveries and collections, including driving company vehicles
About You
You’ll be hands‑on, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a physically active environment. This role suits someone who enjoys both the technical and practical aspects of AV operations.
- Strong interest in AV equipment and live event production
- Comfortable using systems and software alongside manual handling tasks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
- Willing to get involved wherever needed in a busy warehouse environment
- Full UK driving licence required

Package & Benefits
- Salary circa £28,000
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (with some flexibility required)
- Occasional weekend work (approx. 1 in 4)
