Healthcare Assistant – Ward

Location: Hereford Hospital. Bank – Part time – Weekend work. Salary: £12.84 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Put patient care first.
• Carry out administrative duties.
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in the delivery of exceptional patient care, pre and post‑surgery.
• Enjoy time to get to know the patients.
• Meet the needs of every individual.
• Use your organisational skills to make a positive impact and experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.
• Good telephone manner.
• Skilled with computer and database systems.
