10‑8pm, 12‑8pm & 7‑3pm (alternate weekends). No split shifts.
Job Description

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide catering for residents across the Village and Wellness Spa clients.
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
- Respond to dietary needs and requests of residents, villagers and Spa clients.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals on the hotplate as required.
- Ensure food is used within the prescribed period, paying particular attention to perishable goods.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe and compliant dining environment.
- Keep the working area clean and hygienic.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Passionate about food with experience in a professional kitchen, ideally catering for customers with special dietary requirements. Understanding of health and safety procedures, with an NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds or CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award (or equivalent). Calm and organised under pressure, creative yet disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team. DBS check required; Bupa will cover the cost (£40).
