Alan White, The Goodwood Group

Alan previously occupied the chef seat at Brighton’s most iconic landmark for over a decade.

A job not for the fainthearted, Alan managed large kitchens, had GB1 restaurant at his heart, while also catering for some of the biggest Brighton events. Alan now works as the Group Executive Chef at the Goodwood Estate.

Steven and etch. resrtaurant in Hove . are currently the highest rated restaurant in the city according to AA. Steven is ex Masterchef winner and has positioned etch. as the go to venue for tasting menus.

Steven and etch. are consistently featured among the top 5 restaurants in Brighton and won the BRAVO best restaurant in 2019.

James Villiers was a 2016 Master Chef contender and made it to their semi final stages which is incredible. James has worked for Ben McKellar at the Ginger Group and also the Glass House restaurant at Wickwoods country club.

James now works as the Lead Chef of the 125 club Suite at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Always in the spotlight, Michael has won the Great British Menu, he is a regular contender in the National Restaurant Awards and his job sees him run two of Brighton’s most popular restaurants: 64 Degrees & Murmur.
