FLT Counterbalance Operators – Multiple Roles Available Locations: Chippenham & Melksham Pay: £13–£14 per hour Shifts: 4 on 4 off, triple shift, double days

About the Opportunities

We’re recruiting for several Counterbalance Forklift positions across Chippenham and Melksham. These roles sit within busy warehouse and production environments, offering stable hours, long‑term prospects, and a choice of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Moving stock, pallets and materials around the site
• Supporting warehouse or production teams as required
• Completing basic checks and maintaining a tidy work area
• Working as part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on operation

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance licence (in‑date)
• Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Good awareness of safety procedures
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work the shift pattern agreed

Available Shift Patterns

• 4 on 4 off
• Triple shift rotation
• Double days (Shift availability varies by site)
