Class 2 ADR Cylinder Driver – Roaming

Overview

We are looking for a Class 2 ADR driver based in the South East to deliver gas cylinders across multiple depots. The role includes working Monday‑Friday with some weekend shifts on a rota. Travel to depots from your home location is paid (45p per mile), hotels are provided for overnight stays, and meal allowances apply.

Pay & Hours

£18.85 per hour, 42.5 hours per week guaranteed. Overtime paid at £28.28 per hour. Weekend work also paid at £28.28 per hour. 28 days holiday per year (increasing with length of service).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure safe and professional operations in line with client standards
• Multi‑drop deliveries of gas cylinders
• Manual handling of gas cylinders

Qualifications

• Valid Class C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
• ADR licence in Class 2 (packages)
• Familiarity with driver hours legislation and tachographs
• Successful DBS check
• Relevant HGV experience
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No driving disqualification (DD) or driving restriction (DR) convictions in the last year

The role starts immediately and is an ongoing position. New or inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered.
