Job Coach – Supported Internships (Part-Time)

Luminate Education Group is recruiting a part-time Job Coach for Supported Internships at Keighley College. This role involves supporting learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in developing work-related skills. The Job Coach will facilitate employability training, provide workplace support, and build relationships with employers.

The successful candidate will need Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths, experience with SEND learners, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a pro-rata salary starting at £16,147 with progression available.
