Daily Rate: £92.56 – £110 (includes holiday pay, dependent on experience)

Who You Are

  • Firsthand experience supporting autistic children or young people (in schools, respite care, specialist settings, or similar environments).
  • A clear, predictable communication style, with the ability to follow sensory profiles, routine-based strategies, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Deep respect for neurodiversity and a genuine commitment to safeguarding vulnerable learners.
  • An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or full willingness to apply for one).
  • Two relevant professional references confirming your reliability and character.
