About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional team delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in a vibrant hotel environment. You’ll manage your own section of the kitchen and work closely with our experienced Sous Chef and Head Chef. You will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency in every service—whether it’s breakfast, à la carte lunch and dinner, or private dining events.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your kitchen section with professionalism and efficiency.

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards.

Support the training and supervision of junior chefs within your section.

Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen practices at all times.

Work closely with the wider kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.

Collaborating on menu development and daily specials

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

Experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment preferred

Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 or Level 2

Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations

A team player with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
