Role Overview
As Senior Care Assistant you will provide high‑quality care to older people in their own homes, support them in every aspect of daily life, and support the care team by conducting spot checks, competency checks, and observations. You will assist the Care Manager with the on‑call system and offer in‑field training and supervision to new team members.
Qualifications
You should have prior care experience in roles such as senior care assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant or similar. A UK driver’s licence, access to a vehicle, and being over 18 are required. All candidates will need an enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
