Refrigeration Class 1 Driver (Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1) – Days, Nights & Weekend Shifts

Location: Bognor RegisPay Rate: £17.00 – £26.00ph+ (Minimum 10 hours) – Paid WeeklyContract: 12 Weeks / Ongoing / Ad-hocHours of Work: Days (between 4am and 9am) / Nights (between 4pm and 10pm)Minimum Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving Class 1, CAT C+E, HGV1, LGV1 Refrigerated Lorries
• A mix of RDC, Local Depots, and Commercial Deliveries
• Ensure all paperwork and electronic records are kept up to date
• Maintain accurate records of break times in accordance with WTD regulations
• Adhere to both agency and client regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) card
• Must hold a Digital Tachograph card
• Must have experience using palm couplings
• Must not have more than 6 points on the licence
• Must have at least 6 months – 1 year’s experience in HGV1 refrigerated driving
• Must have a good level of English (speaking, writing, and understanding)
• Must have a solid working knowledge of the UK motorway road network and WTD regulations
