Powder Coater (Pershore)

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll be working across several stages of the finishing process, including washing, spraying, loading, and preparing parts for coating.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants long‑term stability.

Key Duties

• Washing and preparing metal parts
• Loading components onto racking and hooks
• Spraying parts in a powder‑coat booth
• Moving coated parts into the curing oven
• Inspecting finished items for quality
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Hours of Work

• Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00
• Fri 07:00 – 12:00

Rate of Pay

• £12.85 Per Hour
