Full Time | West Midlands | MPS M1 – M6

£32,916 – £45,352

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher (or Early Career Teacher – ECT) to join our dynamic and welcoming secondary school in the West Midlands, starting in the upcoming academic year.

What’s the role?

You will:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Foster a love of learning and scientific curiosity in all students
  • Plan and assess effectively to support student progress
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive department

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has a 2:1 degree or higher in a scientific subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
  • Has strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics
  • Is passionate about teaching and learning
  • Is committed to student achievement and wellbeing
  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply – a structured induction and mentoring programme is provided
