Teaching Assistant

We are working with a lovely primary school in Claygate, Surrey, who’s looking for a teaching assistant to join their school as soon as possible.

The position is working in Year 2 class and the successful candidate will be employed on a long‑term basis working 5 days per week until the end of the academic year, (at least).

School / Role

• Located in Claygate, Surrey, with on‑site parking
• Mainstream primary school, 2‑form entry
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday‑Friday
• Working in Year 2 class
• Mixture of general teaching assistant duties & 1:1 support
• Start date: As soon as possible / Immediately
• Pay rate: £105 – £120 per day, weekly pay

Requirements

• Must have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to process a new one)
• Experience working in education / in schools / with children is essential
• Ability to commit to a full‑time role working 5 days per week
