The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports early development
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress, adapting learning to meet individual needs
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a positive and nurturing school culture

You Are

• QTS qualified (or equivalent)
• Experienced within EYFS / Early Years settings
• Knowledgeable of the EYFS framework and early child development
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about inspiring young learners
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
