The Role

- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting with learning, communication, and behaviour support
- Supporting students with Autism (ASD), SEND, and complex needs
- Encouraging independence, engagement, and social development
- Supporting sensory activities and structured learning tasks
- Providing personal care and physical support where required
