What we’re looking for:• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role• Strong classical & modern patisserie skills• Confident with chocolate work, sugar work & fine detail• Experience with plated desserts, afternoon tea & artisan breads• A passion for precision, quality and presentation•Must be able to drive due to location
