HGV Driver

Pay Rate: £40,907.84 Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 2 shift times available 4 on 3 off, or any 5 out of 7 Am and PM start times Location: Derby, DE74 2BB

We are looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Delivering to stores within the regional distribution network.
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Regular completion of vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ideally have 12 months recent driving experience.
• No more than 3 points on your licence.
