Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Replenish guest supplies and ensure all areas are presented beautifully at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues and lost property following company procedures.
  • Support the wider housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals.
  • Follow all health, safety, and COSHH procedures at all times.
  • Deliver friendly and professional interactions with guests and colleagues.

Person Specification

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
