Job Introduction

You will join as a Housekeeping Attendant helping to maintain the exceptional standards and welcoming environment that our guests expect. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in your work are essential. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Replenish guest supplies and ensure all areas are presented beautifully at all times.
- Report maintenance issues and lost property following company procedures.
- Support the wider housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals.
- Follow all health, safety, and COSHH procedures at all times.
- Deliver friendly and professional interactions with guests and colleagues.
Person Specification
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
