We are seeking a highly organised and discreet individual to fill the role of a Lifestyle Assistant. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional personalised support to guests at Escapade with a focus on managing their daily routines, supporting the lifestyle concierge, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious lifestyle experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for all personal and lifestyle-related requests, support the team with travel arrangements, and create personalised experiences for guests with expert knowledge of Silverstone and surrounding areas. Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain and support the concierge team with a well‑organised schedule, ensuring all appointments and commitments are met. Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively; handle personal and professional correspondence efficiently.
  • Handle unexpected situations and challenges that arise during a guest’s stay, offering suitable solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with various departments—including housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, and security—to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay updated on local events, festivals, exhibitions, and other happenings; maintain a comprehensive database of local attractions, services, and contacts to provide guests with accurate, relevant information.
  • Collaborate with security and concierge personnel to ensure the safety and privacy of clients during travel and public appearances, coordinating the wider team to maintain security and safety standards for guests and staff.
  • Promote, implement, and act upon the sustainability initiatives directed by Escapade, Silverstone.
  • Additional ad‑hoc responsibilities may arise as part of a reasonable part of the role and may be subject to change over time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel or another lifestyle/distinctive brand is desirable but not required.
  • Strong, positive guest‑service style.
  • Organised and able to work within a team or independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Maintains a neat and well‑groomed appearance.
  • Full clean UK driving licence is desirable.
  • Ability to implement procedures and controls to monitor costs, protect and generate revenues, and deliver a P&L on budget.

Performance Review

Performance will be checked against detailed objectives set through the Personal Development Review (PDR) process.
