As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high‑quality products to our customers — every journey counts.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, with start times between 03:00 and 06:00, working Monday to Friday, giving you the benefit of free weekends.

What you’ll do on a typical day
- Deliver products mainly to RDC locations across the UK
- Carry out backhaul collections and deliveries on return journeys to Norfolk
- Support factory clearance operations between Norwich and Snetterton
- Complete up to two deliveries per day, following all store and non‑store procedures in line with company and customer policies
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the depot, vehicle, and trailer assigned to you
- Conduct regular vehicle checks, reporting defects or wear and tear promptly to ensure efficient maintenance
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and records within the specified timeframes, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Full UK driving licence with C+E category
- Less than six points on your licence (and no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
- Up‑to‑date CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
