SEND Teaching Assistant — 1:1 & Small Groups (Long-Term)

Aspire People in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a qualified SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a Local Authority SEND school. This role supports pupils aged 4-14 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, including autism spectrum condition and severe learning difficulties.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist in planning tailored learning activities, and implement behaviour support strategies. The position requires strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to safeguarding.
