Early Start Van Drivers wanted! Ashton Recruitment is currently hiring multiple drivers for a highly successful retail distribution client based at Nutts Corner. If you’re an experienced van driver looking for consistent work and early morning starts, this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll be working across a wide delivery network including areas such as Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Donegal, Waterford, Wexford, Kerry, Sligo, and many locations across NI such as Antrim, Armagh, Down, Derry/Londonderry, and Fermanagh.

£13.50 per hour, increasing to £13.96 per hour after successful 12-week review
Hours of Work
Any 5 out of 7 days
Mon to Sat: Start time between 2.30am to 6.30am
Sun: Start time between 6.15am to 8.30am
Duties
- Loading and off-loading vans and lorries
- Making deliveries to stores across NI & ROI
- Providing excellent customer service
- Reporting any missing or damaged goods immediately
- Filling in all paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion
- Multi-drop routes, typically between 2 and 7 deliveries per day
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience as a van driver
- Ability to be flexible with working hours required
- Good geographical knowledge
- Own transport due to hours required to work
