Role Overview
Responsible for providing a range of domestic services within Clinical / Non Clinical Departments throughout all areas of the Hospitals and Health Centres ensuring compliance with quality standards, Health & Safety, control of infection, Audit Scotland and HAI task force requirements, National Cleaning Services Specification and other requirements as specified by the Division.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, Health & Safety, infection control, Audit Scotland and HAI task force requirements.
- Adhere to National Cleaning Services Specification and other Division‑specified requirements.
Requirements
- Post holder must have a PVG Scheme membership or record.
- If not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult) an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before commencing.
- Legal permission to work in the United Kingdom, as required by UK Visa and Immigration Service.
- Potential updated criminal records check due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025; appointment subject to PVG Scheme.

This is a part‑time position with a pro‑rata salary. Working hours and hourly rate will be adjusted accordingly.
