The Coleshill School (ATLP) is seeking to appoint a highly organised, friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our school office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the school office and will often be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership and office team.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and telephone enquiries.
- Maintain accurate pupil records and school databases.
- Support communication and general office systems.
- Assist with school communications, letters and correspondence.
- Support the wider school team with administrative tasks as required.
