Employment Terms
You will be employed part‑time (12 hours a week) by JD Gyms, completing three 4‑hour shifts and receiving a monthly salary. Outside of these hours, you will run your own personal training business from the gym, paying a monthly rent that is among the lowest in the industry and enjoying a free first month.
Role Overview
As a Fitness Coach, you will engage members to deliver a world‑class experience on every visit to JD Gyms. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, lead gym inductions, and teach engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities
Place member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor. Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards. Deliver engaging group exercise classes and informative inductions. Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required. Conduct club standards checks, ensuring results are recorded accurately. Provide ad hoc support to members as needed. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback. Operate safely and legally, consider energy & environmental issues, and manage waste. Analyse and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, and developments.
