Due to the career progression of our previous Apprentices, we now seek an HR Apprentice to join our small and friendly HR team – to join us in September 2026.
You will work with a team of HR professionals to provide general and HR administrative support at Head Office and to our academies, and you will be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties both independently and under supervision to meet statutory safeguarding requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide general and HR administrative support at Head Office and academies.
- Undertake various administrative duties independently and under supervision to meet statutory safeguarding requirements and regulations.
- Support the team with ad hoc projects as required.
- Gain experience in recruitment and selection, induction, contract of employment administration, and health and well‑being initiatives.
- Work closely with Payroll and other support functions, maintaining communication with colleagues at Head Office and in our academies.
Apprenticeship Provider
We have partnered with Loughborough College as our Apprenticeship provider. You will undertake the Business Administrator (Level 3) course – expected to be over 18 months. Most of your time will be spent working, learning on‑the‑job by getting hands on experience.
- Online attendance with Loughborough College within the first 15‑months, one morning per week with onsite sessions in the afternoon to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment.
- Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor.
- Attendance to Loughborough College for an Induction Day (Induction to take place on the last Wednesday of the month that you are enrolled, 9:30am-3pm. Confirmation of date provided upon enrolment).
- Attendance to Loughborough College for Functional Skills (if required).
- On and Off‑the‑job training.
