Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivatedRestoration Techniciansto deliver high-quality restoration and mitigation services across both residential and commercial client sites.
You will be part of aregional mobile response team, attending allocated jobs within a defined postcode area to ensure efficient travel, rapid response times, and consistent service delivery. This is afield-based role, with daily travel directly to client sites.
Working Hours
Standard working hours:08:00 – 16:30 (minimum finish time applies based on job completion). Start and finish directly at client sites. No overtime provision included within base salary. Regionalised job allocation to reduce unnecessary travel time.
On-Call Requirement
Participation in a1 in 10 week on-call rota.
On-call allowance: £30 per weekday, £50 per weekend day. On-call payment applies regardless of deployment. Estimated additional earnings:up to£250 per on-call week.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client sites to assess and carry out restoration works, includingwater, fire, mould, and related damage
- Operate restoration equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with training standards
- Complete accurate and detailed job reports, documentation, and site records
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and stakeholders where required
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels to operational standards
- Ensure full compliance withhealth & safety regulations and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with Lead Technicians and wider regional teams to ensure service quality and response times
