Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday – Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Duties

• Interpret asset records to enable the provision of accurate responses to Highways Searches
• Assist in maintaining accurate record of the publicly maintained highway and highway adoption records
• Deliver customer orientated services to ensure search requests are responded to in full compliance to contractual obligations
• Assist in the delivery of the street naming and numbering process

Experience

• Must have a good level of administrative and customer service experience, experience of interpreting map based information is an advantage
• Must have a strong level of accuracy and the ability to organise and prioritise workload
• Must be able to work well on own initiative, to deadlines and service standards
• Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems, experience of GIS is an advantage

Salary: £13.81 per hour worked
