Calm Transition Support TA for Year 6-7 | On-the-job Training

PK Education is seeking Transition Support Teaching Assistants to support pupils moving into new education settings starting from September 2026. This role emphasizes assisting pupils with anxiety, emotional regulation, social interaction, and routine changes to ensure a smooth transition into Year 6, Year 7, and specialist provisions.

The ideal candidate will be calm, adaptable, and experienced in special needs. Competitive pay rates between £95 – £108 per day, with on-the-job training and 24/7 support from education consultants.
