11535 – 3-hour Prescription Delivery Driver – Permanent Contract
Working at 445-branch located at 190 High Street, Boston Spa, LS23 6BT.
Working hours: Tuesday 10:00-13:00.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes. You will ensure a high standard of customer service, portray a friendly professional image, and act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand.
You may also be required to assist with PR exercises to increase business.
You’ll plan and print daily routes in branch before starting deliveries, working under pressure to deliver prescriptions within the designated time frame.
Qualifications
- Very basic computer skills to plan and print routes.
- Great people skills and a desire to provide professional service standards to customers and pharmacy teams.
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
- Use own vehicle for deliveries; vehicle insurance must allow business use, with company contributing to business insurance costs upon proof of increased premium.

Additional Details
Reimbursement for mileage: 40p per mile up to 10,000 miles; afterwards 25p per mile. Fuel receipts required each visit; mileage claim submitted weekly.
Attention to detail is paramount, as you must ensure prescriptions are delivered in line with the company’s regulated procedures.
