Weapons Trainer
Join a leading global Defence organisation as a Weapons Trainer, delivering first‑class training to the next generation of armourers.
What you’ll do
- Deliver and develop engaging weapons training courses
- Modernise training material in partnership with digital learning teams
- Support apprentices with coaching, assessment, and progression
- Maintain and inspect light/heavy weapons and associated optics
- Commit to continuous professional development, including gaining L4 Certificate in Education & Training (fully supported)
What we’re looking for
- Must be a Class 1 Armourer
- Passion for training and developing others
- Strong technical knowledge of weapons systems
- Commitment to high standards in safety and compliance
