Key Responsibilities
- Timing and teamwork – work with the kitchen team to ensure dishes arrive on time, communicating effectively.
- Quality – maintain a consistent standard so food quality stays high throughout the shift.
- Ready, Set, Service – stay on top of tasks and be prepared for service peaks and busy periods.
