- Champions, protect and deepen the Catholic ethos across the school community.
- Maintain excellent standards and drive continuous improvement in teaching and pastoral care.
- Build and nurture a collaborative culture with staff and governors.
- Oversee the welfare of pupils and staff, ensuring a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified teacher, registered with the Education Workforce Council.
- Proven record of raising standards and improving outcomes in a primary setting.
- Experience leading a broad community of pupils, staff and governors.
- Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and pastoral care.
